Shipping Policy 

Shipping Time -- Most orders received will be shipped in 1 to 3 business. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Precious Diva or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

DHL ---- 4 to 5 business days to Europe

DHL ---- 5 to 7 Business days to the rest of the world

Canada Post  --- 2 to 3 business days XpressPost domestic shipping

Canada Post --- 5 to 7 business days Expedited parcel domestic shipping

 

 ***Due to Global Health Conditions out of our control, there may be some delays in the delivery of packages, both domestic and international. We are not responsible for any packages marked delivered by carrier or postal workers not in your possession. Any issues pertaining to packages marked delivered, it is the responsibility of the receiver to file a claim online. In addition, we are not responsible for any delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic or the holding of any packages by International agencies. This is not typical for every customer, but should be taken into consideration.***

Taxes

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Canada. For orders shipped to other Countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
