RETURN AND REFUND
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products only if they are in new/unopened condition or defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.Professional and spa products are not eligible for a return.
Please be aware that store credit only applies for the original amount paid on products, NOT shipping charges. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded if a label has already been created and/or the package has left our facility.
In case of exchange, the buyer pays return shipping as well as a re-shipping fee for the replacement item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable, at our discretion)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days
